My philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths/values and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes. The same goes for organizations trying to improve their security, similar concepts but on a greater scale.

I work with clients from all walks of life who are committed to a career in IT or IT Security. Some of my clients are seeking career advancement, while others are looking to break into the industry. The organizations that I work with are mainly small and medium businesses with a light footprint of IT and IT security staff.

After working in the Information Security industry, I have become charged with wanting to make an impact on the employment gap in IT Security. There are so many opportunities in this industry you just need to find what your strengths are and how you can apply them. I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session.
